Paul Suchmann Apenu

Paul Suchmann Apenu is the Executive Secretary and responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the Newmont Akyem Development Foundation (NAkDeF). He doubles as the Community Development Manager for Newmont Golden Ridge Limited, Akyem. He acquired his first and second degrees in Computer science and Economics of Technology & Development respectively. Paul had the privilege of taking many courses both in Ghana and abroad. Paul has played various roles in the past ten years for Newmont. By dint of hardwork and excellence, he received several promotions.

Veronica Fosua Boahen

Veronica is the Finance & Administrative Officer of the Secretariat. She holds a First degree in Accounting from the University College of Management Studies and a Diploma in Accounting from the Cape Coast Polytechnic . She has played the roles of Accountant, Finance and Administrative officer for the past five years in different organisations.

Frederick Appiah-Kusi

Frederick Appiah-Kusi is a social/development planning practitioner with superior interest in research. He earned his first degree in BSc Development Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with first class honours. Frederick serves at the principal projects officer for the implementation and management of all socio-economic projects of the Foundation. He has also earned several certificates from prestigious universities across the globe.

Bright Titriafe

Bright Dickens Titriafe is an Engineer with over 13 years of experience in Procurement and Contract Management. He holds a Second and First Degrees in Procurement and Building Technology respectively. He also holds a First Degree in Accounting & Finance. Bright is a member of the Institute of Incorporated Engineers. Bright works as the Projects Engineer for the Foundation and is responsible for the planning and management of all of Civil Works. He also has some background in Logistics and Supply Chain, Real Estate & Property management.

Martha Teiko Daitey

Martha is a budding communications professional, with some experience in Journalism and Customer Service. She holds a first class degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations and Advertising from the Ghana Institute of Journalism and serves as the Communications Officer for the Foundation, in-charge of the day –to-day communications activities.

Alex Kofi Appiah

Alex works as an Assistant Projects Officer for socio-economic projects. He holds a first class degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Cape Coast. He is in the run to becoming a Financial Analyst and has completed several courses in Financial Management, Accounting and Business Data Analytics all of which he holds certificates for.

Gloria Mensah

Gloria holds a degree in Rural and Community Development. She serves as an assistant to the Project team.

Eric Ammonoh

Eric has been engaged as a professional driver for the past 20 years at both public and private institutions. He is responsible for the transportation needs of the secretariat and serves as a technical assistant to the Engineer when need be.
